Asst. Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:Receipt of Incoming Deliveries and Incoming Warehouse Inventory:Ensure all incoming deliveries are accurateResponsible in identifying location storage for items deliveredEnsure all items 'Passed' incoming inspection of QCEnsure 'Conditionally Accepted' items are tagged and coordinated with QC (Warehouse tag should indicate when it will be completed)Storage:Ensure that items inside the warehouse are with warehouse tag and easily identifiableEnsure that items are in its allocated storage locationEnsure that safety stock level is maintainedResponsible in ensuring incoming deliveries has space allocationResponsible in submission monthly monitoring report of slow moving, non-moving and non-conforming items for all warehouses.Picking:1. Ensures that FIFO is implementedWarehouse Issuance to ProductionEnsures that Production Material items is complete and available (all parts)Ensures that all raw materials that needs to undergo second process is coordinated with QC and QITWarehouse Issuance Stock transfer to Province:Ensures that IRS is served within the lead timePrepares IRS plan and proforma packing listPrepares IRS allocation plan (coordinates with VISMIN)Stock transfer to another Warehouse:Responsible in coordination of stock transfer and refilling of Main warehouse safety stock levelEnsure that items at all warehouses are accountedEnsure that items are in its allocated storage locationCycle Counting:1.Ensure in performing cycle count schedulesUpdating of Records1.Ensure that Daily Actual inventory is tally with Excel monitoring and SBO record5S:1. Responsible in the implementation of 5SImprovement:He will act as Team Leader of the assigned product line groupHe will be responsible in assigning functions of the team members to meet the operational requirementsResponsible in attending pocket meeting and ensure that all related (product group) concern is addressedResponsible in making sure that KPIs are being metEnsure that SOP, Policies and Warehouse procedures are consistently implemented (e.g. stocking, receiving and issuances)Specific Knowledge and SkillsGraduate of Engineering Course preferably Industrial Engineering.Must have minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in the same capacity.Planning & time management skillsLeadershipAnalytical skillsPresentation skillsWritten & oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
