knows how to review and analyze monthly financial statement of all stores ensuring that important details are given corresponsinf attention
knows how to track the controllables cost
have experience in correct implementation of operational policies, system and procedures such as cash control, kitchen management, customer service, etc.
knows how to leads, coaches, trains and driects Store Management Team.
