Oversees accurate and timely sending of Notice of Title Availability • Coordinates with City Treasurerâ??s Office and SMIC Taxes relative to RPT remittance
Reviews and prepares reports for NTA and RPT team
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâ??s/College Degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a Real Estate company in Sales Administration •
Knowledge in SAP, TINA and MS Office Application
