Assistant Marketing Supervisor

This position is a middle management role responsible for assisting and coordinating our field agency sales force in the Makati area. He or she will be responsible for supervising our field agents sales goals, assist them on leads and attend to their concerns to be able to drive growth and hit targets.Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for handling concerns of the Agencies group of Makati Branch.
Solicitation of new accounts and recruitment of licensed agents.
Handles requests for proposals, policy issuance and endorsements and monitors status of each.
Prepares monthly reports on the overall performance of licensed agents and direct accounts.
Conducts regular visitation of assigned agents and clients to maintain relationship and to solicit business.
Evaluates and reviews risks to be negotiated with the line Underwriters.
Monitors renewals and ensures a turnover over of at least 70% monthly.
Provide assistance in claims and collection concerns of assigned agents and direct clients.
Facilitate other projects of the branch.
