As a member of the Operation of C-Joy, the Asset and Material Management Manager interacts with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations of the entire C-Joy operation. The Asset and Material Management Manager is responsible in maintaining the entire asset of the plant . The Asset and Material Management Manager conducts daily, weekly, monthly and year end inventory cycle count pertaining to asset and material as specified in her job description. The Asset and Material Management Manager ensures inventory accuracy at all time and accounts all asset. This role will also assist Operations Director in understanding of the basic business practices and procedures to manage, organize and coordinate processes for procurement, preventive maintenance, establish systematic method to define the life cycle of an asset, of materials, of services, of capital expenditures and of supplies.
Asset and Raw and Packaging Materials Function and support
Responsible in Ensuring actual and system inventory 100% accuracy at all times both for Raw Material / Packaging Materials & MRO Items & Asset (Equipment & Operation tools and material).
Check and validate BOM Compliance of RM/PM.
Responsible in Maintaining asset management system, keeping it up to date for all equipment assets through their life cycle.
Responsible in Establishing a preventative maintenance compliance system for all equipment asset types.
Establish a systematic method to define life cycle of an asset and make recommendations as and when any asset needs to be replaced or retired.
Work with vendors to evaluate new technology/upgrades on our assets, related to efficiency/energy improvement, maintenance cost reduction and life cycle improvement. Define cost savings/ROI and provide recommendation to upper management.
Monitors all non-CAPEX expenditures, repairs and maintenance, utilization and under-utilized equipment and all asset movements.
Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance spend through leveraging real-time data.
Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to optimize equipment life.
Provide guidance in developing asset management policies, procedures and best practices through the understanding our equipment and asset use and asset life cycle.
Support Operations and Maintenance Asset and Material Management as assigned. Projects related to Asset and Material Management, RM / PM BOMs ,etc…. Gathering and reporting general internal spend data to Operations Director. Provides reports and updates to Leadership Team on all asset management functions.
Oversee entire budget of Operations and Maintenance including EHS and other related budget monitoring pertaining to operation.
Other duties as assignedQualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge in the area of asset and equipment maintenance poultry industry including operational procedures and processes.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course.
Minimum experience of 3 – 5 years asset or material management experience preferably in poultry industry.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate ideas and issues effectively and concisely to all levels of management.
Knowledgeable of forecasting and budgeting.
Strong integrity and moral principles aligned with Cargill's Guiding Principles
Willing to work in Sto.Tomas, BatangasPreferred Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of maintenance materials and services

Working knowledge and experience using SAP or other related ERP system
