Job Descriptions
In charge of leading activities of field Sales Group in a specified Area, he supervises several Distributors Sales Personnel in different territories and over sees sales distribution proper implementation of agreed sales and marketing programs, merchandising, collection and other financial matters.
He makes sure that company investments In his accounts are efficiently and effectively leveraged.
He is responsible in co-developing the overall plan of his area of responsibility making sure that this is aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
With 2 years of solid experienced in related position
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Ability to effectively interact with all levels within and outside organization
Experience of the same position from an FMCG company is an advantage
Can do sales presentation and business review
With experience in people management
Able to do problem analysis and solving
With strong personality and leadership skills
Candidate should be results oriented and creative; possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Represent the field sales in the Annual/ Semestral planning of the Company to ensure that Customer needs and directions are properly communicated and aligned to/with our plans
Leads the Joint Business Planning with Key Customers to leverage both Company and Customer plans
Conduct regular training calls and trade Checks
Leads the company in threshing out with the customer and in drawing our solution especially to recording problems (if any) e.g Bad Order, rejection, expired item, delayed payments

OPTIMIZE SUPPLY
Leads the customer in planning out order and inventory pattern to achieve 100% customer service levels in the store and at the same time avoid unnecessary overstock
Regularly checks and helps manage inventory in the trade to avoid if not reduce Bad Order Stocks and products Cases of expiring
Builds productive relationships with the key people in the customer HO, stores, Distribution warehouses, Logistics and finance Groups.
Key Performance Measures:
Volume and Sales vs. Budget
Trade Spending and Target Incremental Sales versus Plan
DSO/AR
Retail Performance Standard (services Levels, Share of shelf and Share of Display)

CREATE DEMAND
Jointly develops and leads the execution of programs (i.e.g promotion/ merchandising drives
Regular reviews the business strategy and tactics of his customers especially in the categories we are in to better understand how we can capitalize our plans to achieve competitive advantage
Implements our brand and trade programs (product launch, promotion , pricing merchandizing) flawlessly in the stores
