POSITION: ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION:
• With diploma in Engineering related course: Civil Eng., Electrical Eng., Industrial Engr. Or BS in Architecture.
• Male between 25 – ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦
• Work Visa, willing to be assigned anywhere in Japan
• With minimum 10 solid work experience in Building Construction.
• With some of the following area of expertise or at least with basic experience of areas below:
? Deals with technological aspects and multi-disciplinary approach to planning, design, construction and operation of buildings, such as analysis and integrated design of environmental system (energy conservation), HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, vertical & horizontal transportation, structural system, behavior and properties of building components and materials and construction management.
? To provide minimum of 10 years Certificate of Employment in related experience.
? Salary is for negotiation.
? No Nihongo certificate needed but can speak, read or write in Japanese are advantage.
