Job Description Kavaliro's client is seeking a Architectural Designer in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities: Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Layout and Architecture. Performs these functions in various capacities across multiple architectural projects at any one time, during any one of the aforementioned project phases. Create and update architectural drawings and schematics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless project flow. Ensure compliance with design, legal, and zoning regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 5+ years of professional experience Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, SketchUp, and ClickUp, Preferred Procore Exceptional communication skills
Nice to Have: Retail or construction industry experience Master's degree in Architecture
