Architect

**Minimum Qualifications**:- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Architecture.- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Architect.- Experienced in utilizing CAD technology.- License is required for this position.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:- Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques.- Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design- Knowledge of federal and state facility and code requirements.- Knowledge of structural relating to building costs.- Skill in drafting architectural plans.- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.- Knowledgeable in Project Management.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Project monitoring and Site coordination.- Implementation of approve plans and specifications.- Attends to client meetings, walk through, punchlist, and coordination meetings.- Prepares BOM, prepares and submit billing request.- Oversees day-to-day operations.- Does research and data analysis.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Lipa City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
