Applications Specialist / Loan Processing Officer

Job Description:
Prepare a request for supporting documents from clients through File Invite; Check supporting documents received from clients (example: bank statements, identification documents, income documents) to ensure they comply with the lender’s requirements; Complete a ‘supporting document checklist’ for each client on Process Street; Rename the supporting documents received accordingly to the company’s naming convention; Accurately input information from supporting documents provided by the clients into the company’s system (FLEX); Preparation of the application form and pack to be sent to clients; Submission of the loan application to the lender; Minimum Qualifications:
Having worked for a mortgage broker and/or financial institution, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives on being organised and working collaboratively within a close-knit team to help everyone reach their deadlines.
