Your Role and Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the development lifecycle of automating processes, which includes but not limited to: Define, Develop, Deploy and Hypercare Support for automation opportunities.
Maintenance of implemented tools.
Owner during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues (Resolving Application Errors)
Change Management Request Support
Change Documentation on Completed/Deployed Solutions
Create and Document Test Procedures and Scenarios
Support Operational Teams
Conduct Enablement Sessions as needed (ex. Botcamps)
Participate in Daily Stand-ups, Planning Sessions, Design Thinking, etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with one or more general programming languages including but not limited to: VBA, Java, C/C++, C#, Python, or Javascript
Experience in other RPA solutions (UiPath, WinAutomation, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
Experience working with Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Machine Learning
Accuracy and attention to details
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
BluePrism experience is an edge
Strong communications skills
Has high drive and demeanor to succeed
Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross functional, virtual and international teams
Capable of establishing and delivering on multiple competing priorities and can work independently
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
Team player with an optimistic can-do attitude
