Job Description BOM cost calculation for Project Acquisition until SOP;Generation and evaluation of BOM cost during project quotation phase.
Control BOM cost: Track and Improve BOM cost from project quoting phase until SOP. Define measures to close the gaps to target BOM cost that contributes to ROS and IRR improvement of the project. BOM cost calculation for Project Acquisition until SOP:

Support in defining/establishing Purchasing Strategies to increase CRP, localization and strategic suppliers within the region/globally.Review of designs, involvement of all internal sourcing relevant disciplines, and initiating and closing of sourcing processes. Covering material cost, kickoff and track supplier component reviews, component timing and technical feasibility through supplier.
Ensure early involvement of sourcing relevant disciplines and suppliers. Ensure all Quality requirements and documents was met during sourcing and supplier early involvement.Maintain Business partnership and promote collaboration as Purchasing Representative in project team from acquisition phase until SOP and interface to Category Management.
Further project specific Tasks: Review of project milestones, participation in Core Team Meetings, and aligning of all project relevant sourcing activities with AP colleagues worldwide. Good business relationship with stakeholders.Support in providing trainings for newcomer Support in Improving and developing Organizational Culture Active participation and support of Plant defined activities.
