Duties & Responsibilities:
Field service on site spares parts management
Create parts order per the request
Follow up and work with customer about the parts logistic
Orders deliver date follow up.
Daily inventory update about the shipment in, shipment out, current inventory status.
On sites office 5s
Applying the work permit or badge for the travelers
Assist the field service engineers to fulfill customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
College degree with background of engineering, mechanism or electronic
2 Years experiences for industry or electronic factory admin.
Familiar about the custom inbound or outbound declare process
Good at for both verbal and writing in English.
Familiar about MS Excel
Positive work attitude and can work under pressure.
Work on customer site.
