Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Monitor deadlines and workloads of the artists. Prepare daily reports. Maintain Cost Estimate (CE) Ledgers. Coordinate with:
Clients Other internal departments Coordinate all printing requirements. Proofread FAd materials. Prepare all documents needed for DTI Permit and ASC Clearance processing. Perform other related tasks as needed and as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a related field. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Willing and able to work extended working hours.
