Administration managerial duties to include corporate filings, accountancy and Human Resources. A good understanding and strong skill set in managing total office administration. Assisting the Managing Director / Chief Pilot in establishing a new and exciting aviation business supporting tourism in the Philippines. A very high level of the English language both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have good computer skills and be able to manage day to day accounting of the business. Some travel will be required within the Philippines and occasionally internationally so a valid passport will be required. Some experience in aviation would be beneficial but not essential. Someone who is confident and can work under pressure at times. truthful and honest with a clean record and proven experience in the administration environment.
