Details of the offer

The primary role of the Admin Assistant is to provide general administrative support to the admin and accounts team.

Providing efficient and accurate tasks, ensuring all work is completed within the agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and process creditor invoices
• Onboarding and offboarding clients within the specified timeframe
• Provides support for other miscellaneous tasks that may arise due to projects and reporting needs
• Generates reports within the specified timeframe
• Manages multiple shared mailboxes and forwarding to appropriate contacts
• Enters bills and once approved prepare payment runs for approval
• Enters credit card transactions and matching with receipts
• Imports invoices, credit note/allocations and payment to the client’s system
• Audits and attach Adhoc invoices
• Provides assistance to the Client on basic administration work
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Administration or related
• Experience working with variety of clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills through the English language
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear understanding of general office procedures
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and coordinate activities based on deadlines
• Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
• Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
