Admin Assistant

Prepare estimate quotation by consulting mechanic regarding necessary repairs and possible alternative to expensive repairs and send on time.- Provide real-time scheduling by booking appointments and support and preventing conflicts.- Prepares & request parts.- Monitor parts delays (P.O. & Canvass)- Update google sheet monitoring for customer, Quotation, P.O. and Canvass Monitoring- Update Customer for the repair unit.- Respond immediately thru Group chats and inquiry.- Process System Quotation, Purchase Order (P.O) of Parts, Receiving of Parts (RR) ,Sales Order & VDR.- Process releasing of unit and documentation.- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.- Willing to be assigned in SBMA. Subic.Schedule:- 8 hour shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)- Automotive Parts: 1 year (preferred)
