Job Description:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting the Admin Department in office management. This role will be vital in ensuring smooth business operations thru administrative support. He / She will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitor administrative projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answers incoming phone calls. Receives, sorts, endorse incoming mails (concerns and complaints) from clients. Provides responses for concerns and complaints. Assists in creating a system for responding to telephone and written requests. Manages CTBC activation and coordinates with the concerned bank for CTBC activation and convey any concerns and inquiries regarding CTBC card usage. Manages JCP account concerns of distributors such as change of name, correction, and retrieval Performs other task assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration, or its equivalent. SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures. Ability to multitask. Good organizational, stress, and time management skills. Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. WORK EXPERIENCE At least 1 – 4 years of related work experience is required for this position. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Highly dependable and a fast learner. Flexible and organized. With sound work ethics. WORKING CONDITIONS Work Area(s): Office Area Environmental conditions: Will have to serve a number of people and projects at one time. Will be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of staff.
