We have an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Specialist **working day shifts at our Cebu office. You must be WFH capable with strong internet connection as we are home-based for the duration of the pandemic.When you join Yempo, you'll receive the following fantastic benefits:- Highly competitive salary - paid weekly!- HMO enrollment for you and dependents upon commencement- 20 vacation days per year; 7 sick days- Annual performance bonus and incentives- Annual salary reviews and increases- Free cooked rice, snacks, and hot drinks- Company polo shirts provided- Fantastic bright and cheerful open-plan work environment- Prestigious clients and highly professional and friendly co-workers**Your Responsibilities**- Manage the Accounts Mailboxes.- Assist in the set-up and maintenance of customers and suppliers, liaising with the Commercial team where necessary.- Create and amend Purchase Orders- Process expense entries for credit card transactions and expense reimbursements- Assist with month-end reconciliations- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoicing as required- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Financial Controller, Accountant, or Accounts team.**Your Background**- 1-3 years' experience working in an accounting or financial field- Excellent written and spoken English skills- A proactive, practical, and well-organized approach, with an attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.- Committed and a quality-driven individual**Highly Desirable Experience**- Previous accounting experience with an Australian organization.- Experience using EPICOR or other large ERP systems.
