Accounts Payable

Job Description:Expedock is seeking a passionate and resilient individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate in our Davao City office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable roles and possess strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Assist with month-end closing processes- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient payment processing- Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable roles- Strong analytical and planning skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
