Accounts Officer - Ar

Job Description:- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.- Update accounts receivable and invoices- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.- Update financial data in databases to ensure the information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.- Prepare ad submit weekly/montly reports.- Assist Sr. Accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.- Assist with other accounting projects and other task that may assign from time to timeQualification- College graduate preferably BS Accountancy or related courses.- Has atleast 5 years knowledge and experience in all facets of accounting with specialization in Accounts Receivable process in manufacturing set-up- Can work with minimum supervision- Willing to work in Batino, Calamba City**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are fully vaccinated.
