**JOB SUMMARY**:- Oversees the General Accounting, Treasury Operations and Financial Reporting to ensure that all accounting transactions are properly taken-up in the books of accounts and ascertain completeness of supporting documents.- Prepares the monthly, quarterly and year-end planning for the smooth month end, quarterly and year-end closing, mid-term review, year-end audit, BIR audit & internal audit, if there is any.- Prepares the company's monthly/quarterly/ yearly forecast and business plan.- Ensures accuracy & completeness of Tax Compliance / proper filing of records and documents for future BIR audits, Internal and External audits.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensures accuracy and on-time payments/remittances to suppliers- Ensures on-time filing and payment to government agencies such as, but may not limited to BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF & BSP.- Reviews Check Vouchers and Telegraphic Transfer Vouchers.- Handles daily monitoring of bank balances and initiates necessary fund transfers- Prepares cash flow projection- Monitors daily FX movement and initiate hedging for foreign currency monthly funding requirements.- Provides weekly bank balances and reports to the management.- Handles payroll- Ensures accuracy of entries in all Books of Accounts- Maintains the Trial Balance- Ensures Tax Compliance and all other regulatory requirements, (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) remittances and reports from different branches of the government.- Prepares the Quarterly and Annual ITRs- Prepares an accurate and timely Financial Statements and reports.- Ensures access control to all online transactions- Assumes other duties and responsibilities that may be assign from time to time.**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:- Must have at least 3 years relevant experience- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Good oral and written communication skills- Has keen eye for details- Computer literate and has experience in using accounting-related systems.- SEC, BIR, PEZA, and other regulatory agency compliances are an advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Staff meals provided- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 10 hour shift- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to Friday- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Management: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
