Management of the department operations and technical aspects; compliance and completeness to Accounting and financial reporting's regulatory policies; effective implementation of Accounting programs and regulations; and Other Accounting duties and responsibilities requested by Top Management or identified external third party representatives from time to time. A. Attainment of Department Goals as indicated in the focus areas

E. With special functions as ISO Quality Auditor of the department

Strong coordination with other Department heads Effective recommendation and implementation of the Department budget & management Effective implementation of Accounting programs and performance of Supervisory functions Continuous capability-building of subordinate departments Strong coaching and correcting skill implementation Accurate, complete and timely submission of reports to Management Proper asset accountability, usage and utilization Job Competencies:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; and a holder of Professional Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license With relevant two (2) and above progressively responsible accounting supervisory work experience is an advantage. Proficient communication and presentation skills Solid knowledge in various equipment and tools required to perform accounting and taxation works, including the operation of office computer equipment and a variety of software and applications. Honest and straightforward with others, maintains confidentiality and high personal ethical standards. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical and has great attention to details. Can work in a flexible schedule and exercises responsible decision making independently.
