Accounting Supervisor

Account Receivables / Accounts Payable
Supervise the Accounting Assistants
Prepare statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Compile and Analyze financial information to prepare entries to account and will also document business transactions
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
Monitor and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
Resolve accounting discrepancies & will be doing audits
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems (QuickBooks) and manual filings
Other duties assigned by the VP for Admin and Finance
At least 2 Year's experience as an Accounting Officer / Supervisor
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to champion and influence new ideas for the execution of proposed strategies
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
Must be amenable to work in Santolan, Pasig City
