Accounting Staff

A. Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare Clients Billing Statements every 1st and 16th day of the month.- Updates collection on monitoring.- Monitors and check carefully personnel and officer's liquidation documents submitted.- Issuing of Service Invoice and Official Receipts to our Clients.- Updates Sales and Expenses on Ledgers for Income tax mapping.- Assists HO accounting on preparing financial statements.- Prepares Petty Cash fund on replenishing, revolving, issuance and monitoring of PCF.- Weekly Reports on Sales and collection to HO Accounting.- Maintains systematic and orderly filing of assigned documents for future use and easy retrieval.- Abide by all company rules and policies regarding conduct and safety.- Responsible on the house keeping on his/her area of responsibility.- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.B.
