Dempsey Resourcing Management Inc is HIRING!ACCOUNTING STAFFJob Duties:-Prepares vouchers, ledgers, and check payments-Encodes vouchers in the system and prepare monthly schedules including account details and statement of accounts-Ensures that all journal slip transactions are valid, compete and correctly and timely recorded-Ensures that all documents and records are adequately handled and properly maintained during a prescribed period-Ensures on time payment and filing or submission of reportorial requirements to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, DOLE and PEZA-Updates and checks Fixed Asset Register-Prepares billing and invoices to customers and ensures prompt collection of receivables-Performs other tasks as required by superior from time to timeJob Qualifications:-Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of accounting and administration-Fluent in English. Both written and oral communication and presentation-High computer literacy-Knowledgeable of Philippine taxation law and labor lawSalary: To be discussed during the interviewWork Location: Rosario, Cavite
