DIRECT HIRE! URGENT NEED!1. Prepares vouchers, ledgers and check payments.2. Encode vouchers in the system and prepare monthly schedules including account details and statement of accounts.3. Ensure that all journal slip transactions are valid, complete and correctly and timely recorded.4. Ensure that all documents and records are adequately handled and properly maintained during the prescribed period.5. Ensure on time payment and filing or submission of reported requirements to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, DOLE and PEZA.6. Update and check Fixed Asset register7. Prepare billing and Invoices to customer and ensure prompt collection of receivables.8. Perform other tasks as required by superior.
