Accounting Staff

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Performs general bookkeeping and generates schedules of accounts- Ensures on-time bills payment- Reconciles bank statements- Provides clerical support to the department- Provides documents requested by other departments related to accounting- Tracks and restores accounting or documentation problems- Participates in risk assessments, internal and external audits as required.**QUALIFICATIONS**- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks- Must have a good analytical skill, broad knowledge in accounting principles, adept at mathematical work, ability to multi-task, and excellent in verbal/written communication- Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite- Willing to start ASAP**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (required)
