Accounting Staff

Job Duties:
Prepares and encodes sales invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts, statements of account
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Generate monthly accounts receivable status report
Performs other task as required by direct superior from time to time

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experienced in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Competence in MS Office, Accounting Applications/Software (e.g. Quickbooks).
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Well organized
