Accounting Specialist (Marketing Accounting)

Recognize and accurately reflect revenues and expenses within the realm of marketing related transactions. Preparing monthly journal entries, expense and revenue accruals.
Marketing program and segment profitability research and analysis. Presents financial results to Marketing and Finance Management on a monthly basis. Assisting with monthly, quarterly and year end closing schedules.
Reconciling marketing general ledger accounts
Exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Interacting with marketing and other related departments to determine profitability.
Bachelor’s Degree, with a focus in Accounting or Finance
4 years' minimum experience in accounts receivable
Background in reconciliation and financial reporting
Good MS Excel skills
Good communications skills
Willing to work during graveyard/night shift (permanent)
Capable to work from home (with good internet connection)
