However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Makati! Your core responsibility will be the processing of invoices and payments of partner restaurants

What’s on the menu for you to do:

- Process payments for vendors and any other ad hoc payments promptly and accurately
- Resolve daily AP related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Reconcile discrepancies of billings from vendors vs billing tool
- Proactively engage and collaborate with local & regional teams in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
- Participate in further improvement and optimization of processes
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a polite and helpful manner
