Accounting Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Maintaining and reviewing financial records- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating bookkeeping files, etc.- Creating statements of accounts for clients- Reconciliation of bank records with bookkeeping files- Reconciliation of third party remittances (ex. foodpanda, & gcash) with invoices- Preparing financial reports- Monitoring of spoilages, breakages, inventory discrepancies- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies- Performing relevant tasks assigned**QUALIFICATIONS**:- at least 1 year experience in similar position- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software- Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer for at least 1 year- with knowledge in bookkeeping and BIR related work- with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Financial Management or any related courses**Benefits**:- Company events- Employee discount- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Batangas, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
