Job Description Manage and Oversee the daily operations of Accounting Department including Monthly and Year end Process, Accounts Payable & Receivables, Cash Receipts, General Ledger, Payroll and Utilities, Treasury and Budgeting, Cash Forecasting, Revenue and Expenditure Analysis, Capital Assets Reconciliation, Fixed Asset and Debt Activity, BIR Tax Forms
Coordinate and complete annual audit
Monitor and Analyze accounting data and procedure financial reports or statements
Creating and directly reporting to management
Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Job Qualifications Must be a CPA holder
Proven experience as Accounting Head
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Quickbooks, accounting software and databases
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to supervise
Willing to start ASAP
Wiiling to work onsite (Tanza, Cavite)
