Accounting Associate

In charge of collection of all outstanding accounts receivable of the company.- Maintains a database and updates all existing clients.- Prepares collection reports such as aging of accounts, summary of accounts receivable and overdues accounts.- Makes recommendations on measures to ensures maximum collections**Qualifications**- Minimum of 7 year accounting experience required for the position- Has working experience in general accounting, account payable, account receivable or inventory checking, auditing, purchasing.- Required Skills(s): accurate and sense of urgency.- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision, good at multi-tasking and result oriented.- Keen to details and highly organized with file management.- Willing to work in Chino Roces Ave, Makati City**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Quarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 5 years (required)
