Accounting Associate

Job Description:
Prepares weekly petty cash replenishment. Custodian of Petty cash – Manila. Handling the process of weekly OT reimbursements receipts. In charge of collating weekly Billing/ Invoices for review and approval. Maintain the records for the Receipts, Billing & invoices. Handling communication with Supplier. Reconciliation of payables reports. Printing of check voucher. Keeping the accounting files. Other accounting task. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting Degree or Financial Management At least 6 months or 1 year of working experience in related field Knowledge in General Accounting. Keen to details Analytical and good in oral and written communication Must be good in MS Office applications. Must work under minimal supervision Open to work in a multicultural environment Fresh graduate may apply.
