Details of the offer

Responsible for Accounts payable Functions by ensuring all billings are processed on time.- Monitor and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances and ensure documents are complete.- Schedule of payables and accruals.- Keep and maintain accounts payable records in proper orders.- Bank Reconciliation- Proficient when it comes to balancing records and handling discrepancies.- Maintain General ledger schedules.- Perform monthly closing processes, including posting journal entries, account reconciliation for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liability accounts.- Experienced in encoding VAT Relief, Alpha list Data entry.- Perform other task/duties as requested by superior.**Requirements**:- BS Accountancy- With at least 2 years related experience- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel is a must and other computer software office.- Experienced with accounting system/Integrated accounting system.**Benefits**:- On-site parking- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bacoor City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting Assistant: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
