Recording and preparation of payment voucher and checks.- Prepare disbursement report (weekly and monthly).- Prepare journal voucher for advances and adjusting entries.- Prepare and summarize withholding tax expanded and other forms for BIR.- Prepare summary of input tax monthly.- Other tasks related to Accounting.**Qualifications**:- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Highly organized, keen to details, and can work on extended hours.- Must be willing to work onsite at Makati.- For urgent hiring.**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
