Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
Provides administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as sales and purchase ledgers and journals, preparing statutory accounts, managing petty cash transactions, calculation and checking of payments, and reconciling finance accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Familiarity with finance regulations Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) Organization skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Graduate of BSc/BA in Accountancy
