Task and Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting books of accounts, journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
Encode in company system correct monthly billings of utilities and purchases of good and/or services
Prepare all BIR reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Other accountancy duties as requested by Finance Manager
Direct Hire and Full-time employment
Minimum Qualifications
No work experience is required.
Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably a resident within or near Quezon City.
