Addressing tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledge preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities
Contacts with legal services and bank representatives which requires strong interpersonal communication skill both written and verbal
Oversees all aspects of credit and accounts receivable including:a. Credit analysis and reportsb. Establishing credit lines and monitoringc. Maintaining credit insurance and strong negotiation skillsd. Report to superior on a timely mannere. Collections and strategy planning to collectf. Skillful communication with sales team and customer.g. Enforcement and assurance of approved credit policy
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Plan, assigned and review accounting staff’s work
QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentWith working knowledge in General Accounting, Government Laws on TaxationPreferablyCertified Public AccountantMust have at least 5-7 years of experience in the same field
Has the knowledge in Taxation (BIR), Financial Statement Preparation, Philippine Accounting Standard, Auditing and Government ReportsKeen to details and with high analytical abilities, and problem solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to supervise and able to work well within a team
Trustworthy, Reliable and ResourcefulGood Moral Character and working attitude
