Job description:Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a passionate and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Representative will work remotely on a part-time basis, supporting our clients with their account-related inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with billing inquiries, account changes, and troubleshooting technical issues- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent planning and organizational abilities- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
