Job Description:
Ayala Land, one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines, is looking for a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers.2. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales presentations and proposals.3. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.4. Monitor account performance and work towards achieving sales targets.5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.7. Assist in developing sales strategies and plans to increase revenue.8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and performance.9. Assist in resolving any disputes or issues that may arise with clients.10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:1. At least 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.2. Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Confident and reliable with a customer-focused mindset.5. Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
