JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Capability to develop sales/marketing strategies for the Philippine market
• Must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge
• Ability to independently as a team; flexible; willing to perform various tasks
• Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, verbal written communication skills
• Ability to apply market knowledge relative to competition, market share, opportunities
• computer skills, proficient in MS Office, has the ability to learn new technology
• Ability to analyze trends competitive programs in the education industry
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-learning industry targeting K-12 education institutes preferred
• Existing connection relationship with K-12 education institutes as clients highly valued
• Willing to be assigned in Bicol region
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement effective strategies to optimize sales of Quipper’s e-learning products
• Establish connections in the Philippine education industry
• Build maintain good relationships with various private schools
• Anticipate customers’ needs expectations
• Achieve net growth sales targets within agreed timelines
