Job Purpose:The Account Manager role oversees all sales related activities, develops and maintain relationship with customers. The role is responsible for account management, customer satisfaction, and lead generation. Duties and Responsibilities:- Builds customer loyalty through maintaining Business Relationships and Customer Satisfaction.- Generates and maintains monthly sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.- Expands the company's market presence and customer coverage in Enterprise Market.- Develops, establishes and maintains at least two (2) accounts monthly.- Anticipates and plans for competitive threats.- Assists and helps accounting department for customer payment collection to maintain the AR current.- Identifies related business growth channels (lead generation, opportunity expansion, channel partnering).- Submits call report every first day of the week.- Submits sales pipeline report every 1st week of the month.- Continuously improves product knowledge, product positioning and solution selling in line with the company's total solution strategy.- Collaborates with sales team to reach out to prospective clients.- Provides service to multiple clients concurrently. often meeting deadlines-remove this statement- Develops and maintains C-level selling approach at all levels of client organizational structure.- Monitors and ensures no overdue in SOF processing (Sales Demo Units, Service Units, etc.)- Keeps records of client transactions.- Identifies and manages Information Security related Risks and Threats in the process.**Requirements and Qualification**:Educational Attainment:Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Management **Work Experiences**:- With at least two (2) years experience in selling ERP Software specifically INFOR Products and other related.- Has solid experience in using Business Application Software.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Cavite City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Account Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
