Account Manager

Job Description:
Develop, build, manage and strengthen relationships with the client base of schools and training institutions (SHS, colleges, universities, technical-vocational schools and institutions offering short courses/certifications) Prospect and coordinate with Sales Team for new clients via sales call, direct mail, email and networking events Oversee the sales process at each stage from lead generation to close to after-sales servicing Participate in conferences and community events to help promote Edukasyon.ph Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; propose possible solutions and product development related features based on clients' needs Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of sales or account management experience Bachelor's Degree Broad network in the education industry (preferred) Access to your own vehicle, valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to work independently and without supervision Engaging personality
