Account Coordinator

*Receive customer requirements/orders to be coordinated with the Account personnel.*Monitor and update delivery schedule. (Checking of delivery schedule and stock on hand).*Coordinate with the Accounts Executives, Customer, Plant Manager, Delivery Supervisor and FG Warehouse Supervisor for job status.*Monitor request sample of the Customer and account Executives from photo litho.*Filing important documents, such as Sales Order, Customer Feedback form, etc.*Setting an appointment of General Manager, Marketing manager and Account executives for customer's transaction.*Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.*Engineering or BSBA GraduateSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Silang, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
