JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for each position.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Relay to Recruitment Supervisor all manpower requirements requested by client company
• Assist to follow-up employee’s performance evaluation (re-contract, absorbed, endo)
• Attend office day as scheduled by the clients
• Visit client’s branches and take note of all employee’s inquiries and concerns
• Assist on disseminating notices, updated info’s and others alike to all handled employees
• Give copies of pay slips (hard copies) to employees during site visit
• Pick up, collate and check employee’s DTRs for handled clients
• Visit areas and do spot checking
• Submit weekly and monthly report to Key Account Manager
• Performs other task that may be deemed necessary from time to timeA
