JOB DESCRIPTIONUnder immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulation and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration.
PRIMARY TASKS1. Draft announcements/actions regarding personnel matters;2. Prepares reports, letters, memoranda and other forms of communications;
3. Prepares/processes payroll/vouchers and other financial documents;
4. Computes salaries and deductions;
5. Process/compute leave application/leave credits and terminal leave benefits;
6. Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters;
7. Acts as secretariat to various committees;
8. Assist in the conduct of research studies/data gathering and prepare write-ups and statistical report; and
9. Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
