You are responsible for providing customer service through phone. If customers have any inquiries about the website or if they have any concerns about resetting their profiles, password and subscriptions - you are responsible to attend all of these concerns or inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)
w/ 7 months experience for Call Center Support
Good communication skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Willing to work at TELUS McKinley Exchange Ayala Site
Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth and SSS document
Can start ASAP
