1548 - Reports Automation Analyst

**Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's degree holder**:- Must have at least **3 years in Reports Development**:- Advanced MS Excel skills- Must have **hands-on experience in SQL, VBA and/or Macro**:- Quality and Improvement focused in relation to reports provided- Intermediate knowledge in performing RCAs***Responsibilities**:- Deliver timely ad hoc and standard operational reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis (billing, SLA, KPI & other Ad Hoc reports)- Gather and document reporting requirements- Assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards)- Provide regular and ad-hoc results interpretation to Accenture management as requested- Delivery Excellence & Process Improvements- Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Work with other teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance results in accordance with contractual agreements between Accenture, vendors and clients- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on reporting analysis performed by other reporting groups as needed (including clients)- Constructively challenge the current practices, identify trends affecting the business, and articulate implications to upper management- Maintain reports inventory and manage reporting change requests- Provide Risk Assessment alerts to Operations on SLA & KPI metrics not meeting performance targets set**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have in SQL, VBA and/or Macro?- Do you know how to perform RCAs?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Reports Development: 3 years (required)
